San Bernardino Accident Claims the Lives of a Mother and Her Son

San Bernardino, California – The afternoon of Saturday, March 30, 2024, left a heart-wrenching toll as Alicia Ramos, a 43-year-old resident of Madera, and her 13-year-old son Isaac tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident in San Bernardino County. The tragedy also claimed the life of an 11-year-old boy from Los Angeles who was traveling in the other vehicle involved in the collision.

According to reports from the California Highway Patrol, the fateful incident occurred when Ramos’ Kia vehicle lost traction in the rain and collided head-on with a Mercedes SUV on Highway 15 in the arid desert northeast of Baker. Witnesses indicated that a severe storm was battering the region at that time, around 1:45 p.m.

Ramos’ vehicle was transporting a total of 5 people, while the Mercedes had 4 occupants. The tragedy claimed the lives of Alicia, Isaac, and the young passenger from the other car, leaving profound grief in their families and loved ones.
