The adult female passenger in the Tesla was pronounced dead at the scene, while the male driver was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Toyota and the OCTA bus remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Five bus passengers sustained minor injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals for evaluation.
