Paso Robles, California — A 15-year-old driver was arrested early Sunday morning following a hit-and-run accident in Paso Robles that left a passenger with severe injuries.
Around 1 a.m., the teenager was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro at 80 to 90 mph on North River Road near Wellsona Road when they lost control while approaching a turn. The car veered off the road and rolled multiple times, ejecting 22-year-old Raul Santiago Cortez, who sustained serious injuries.
