Malibu, California – Wayne Brady, the renowned star of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” found himself caught up in a traffic accident when another driver backed into Brady’s vehicle, according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Following the collision, Brady and the unidentified male driver, as stated in the police report, had a “minor physical altercation.” Brady attempted to prevent the driver from fleeing on foot. Despite Brady’s efforts, the driver tried to escape upon hearing the sirens of emergency vehicles.

After the altercation, the driver managed to run into a nearby neighborhood, according to the sheriff’s department. Authorities located him 20 minutes later and arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, hit-and-run with property damage, and assault.
Katie Schroeder, the actor’s representative, declined to comment on Wayne Brady’s accident.
