Los Angeles, California – Authorities in Los Angeles have identified the victim of the accident in Redondo Beach where a woman lost her life after crashing into a tree; however, the possible motives behind this accident are disturbing.
The deceased, Danielle Cherakiyah Johnson, known online as “Ayoka,” was not only a mother but also an influencer in the world of astrology. Known for her social media posts and personal website, Johnson had a growing following seeking astrological and spiritual guidance.
On the night of Monday, April 8, 2024, an argument between Johnson and her partner, Jaelen Allen Chaney, ended in tragedy. Johnson stabbed Chaney in their apartment and then fled with their two daughters in a Porsche Cayenne. During her escape, she threw her daughters from the moving vehicle, resulting in the death of her baby.
Subsequently, Johnson continued to Redondo Beach, where she crashed into a tree. Los Angeles authorities suspect this action was a possible suicide attempt.
In the days leading up to the tragedy, Johnson had shared online her views on the upcoming solar eclipse, describing it as “the epitome of spiritual warfare.” Her posts hinted at a mix of spiritual concerns and conspiracy theories, causing unease among her followers.
