He promptly dialed 911 while attempting to assist all five passengers in the sedan; they were reportedly left injured with lacerations, one even claiming their hip hurt badly.
After being released from the hospital, two adults are now safe; however, three teens remain in serious but stable condition. Although Kevin O’Rourke witnessed the crash and saw the suspect flee from it without a care for anyone’s life, he disregarded that person and ran to help those involved in the accident instead.
