Dianna L. Albini is a seasoned senior trial lawyer and a retired California Administrative Law Judge. With over 33 years of experience, Dianna’s legal career spans a wide range of high-profile administrative and regulatory matters, including those involving federal and state entities such as the United States Department of Education, California Department of Consumer Affairs, and California Department of Developmental Services, among others. As an Administrative Law Judge, she presided over hearings and trials, delivering written decisions on complex legal issues.

Throughout her career, she has secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients, totaling over $50 million. Raymond obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the prestigious Harvard Law School in June 1996. During his time at HLS, he actively participated in the Black Law Student Association, a nationwide organization dedicated to advocating for the needs and aspirations of black law students, while driving positive change within the legal community.

Prior to Harvard Law, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Boston College (May 1993). He was also a member of AHANA (African, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American) and received the prestigious Henry J. McMahon Award, recognizing his exceptional scholarship, loyalty, and service to Boston College.
