On the other hand, the driver of the Chevy truck, identified as Christopher McAlster, a 44-year-old Woodlake resident, was taken to the hospital after suffering moderate injuries to his lower extremities. He was traveling with two passengers at the time of the accident, a 16-year-old teenager and a 4-year-old child, who did not sustain serious injuries and were wearing seatbelts.
