San Diego police and fire-rescue personnel responded to the scene and found that the rider, who was traveling on a KTM motorcycle, had collided with a parked BMW 328i. Authorities reported that the rider suffered an open fracture to his right femur and was transported for treatment.
The riderās identity was not released. Police have not reported another moving vehicle as being involved. Anyone with information was asked to contact the SDPD Traffic Unit or Crime Stoppers.
